Shift your winter mindset

In May I was interviewed for an article on why people get into unhealthy lifestyle habits during winter. It proposes that there are winter myths that we use as excuses for bad habits that make it OK to stay indoors, eating chocolate and keeping warm. Instead, the challenge is to make winter a time to step up your routine. To do that, you need to change your winter mindset.
