Powerful intentions

Life coaching helps you to create a valued direction and positive change in an area of your life. Experience some of the benefits of life coaching in a small group setting. Be actively supported in a process of positive change.

The aim is for you to develop a clear vision of how you would like things to be and to identify where you get ‘stuck’. Explore opportunities and find a direction. Create a realistic and time-framed plan to help you achieve positive change.

The course content will be determined by your individual needs and the nature of the ‘roadblocks’ you experience towards this change. Core concepts will include working with your values, enhancing motivation, developing a plan and the ability to carry it out.

The course outcomes are for you to choose a valued direction, create motivating and inspiring goals that are aligned your values, and create strategies that work for you in generating a position change in an area or aspect of your life.

Preparation for life coaching

Focus on the total picture of your life as it is now. Complete these steps:

  • Identify the things that are important to you that you want to keep.
  • Identify the things that you want to change. Place these things in order, with the things you most want to change at the top of your list.
  • Now list the things you want to change in a different order, with the things that would be the easiest to change first.
  • Look at both lists. Is there one thing that emerges that would make a difference to the total picture of your life if it were different? Is there one thing that seems like the right thing to address in your life coaching course? Make this your priority.
